About the Role:
Supply Desk is seeking a passionate and skilled SEND Teacher to join primary schools in Hemel Hempstead. You will work closely with pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, creating personalised learning plans, delivering tailored support, and helping children thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This role is pivotal in making a real difference in pupils’ lives and contributing to an inclusive school culture.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified teacher with QTS or equivalent
- Experience supporting children with SEND (all primary age groups)
- Ability to create personalised learning plans and adapt teaching strategies
- Strong communication, empathy, and behaviour management skills
- Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to inclusion and safeguarding
