Our well-established client is currently seeking a Training Administrator to join their friendly team on a permanent basis. The Training Administrator will be required to support the training administration team and customers through a variety of administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:
- Take inbound and make outbound calls to assist candidates with their training applications
- Monitor emails for training enquiries and match them with available training opportunities.
- Ensure training rooms are set up daily with the appropriate materials.
- Liaise with approved training providers to ensure all necessary arrangements for training courses are in place.
- The training administrator will maintain a stock sheet of all training collateral
Key Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Willingness to go the extra mile to be helpful to callers.
- The Training Administrator will have strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge and practical experience of using Microsoft Suite and Outlook.
