Key Responsibilities

Employee Relations & Support:

  • Provide first and second-line HR support for employee queries and requests
  • Support performance management, disciplinary, and grievance processes
  • Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance on complex matters
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and Right to Work requirements

Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless new joiner experiences
  • Draft and issue employment contracts and offer letters with accuracy
  • Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings and candidate communications
  • Lead exit interviews and offboarding processes

HR Administration:

  • Maintain comprehensive HR system records for starters, leavers, and changes
  • Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee data
  • Manage reward and recognition programmes
  • Track and manage probation periods and contract changes
Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor with strong employment law knowledge
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of Right to Work legislation
