Employee Relations & Support:
- Provide first and second-line HR support for employee queries and requests
- Support performance management, disciplinary, and grievance processes
- Conduct employee relations investigations and provide guidance on complex matters
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, GDPR, and Right to Work requirements
Recruitment & Onboarding:
- Manage full-cycle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring seamless new joiner experiences
- Draft and issue employment contracts and offer letters with accuracy
- Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings and candidate communications
- Lead exit interviews and offboarding processes
HR Administration:
- Maintain comprehensive HR system records for starters, leavers, and changes
- Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate processing of employee data
- Manage reward and recognition programmes
- Track and manage probation periods and contract changes
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor with strong employment law knowledge
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Right to Work legislation
