My client is established as one of the country's leading independent insurance specialists, and they are committed to providing clients with First Class customer service. The company is looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic, and target driven Commercial Insurance Broker with a proven track record of continued client delivery success. The successful candidate will help drive busines growth, support and train other team members and work within a dynamic growing team. You will recieve plenty of support with your own personal and professional development including support to study towards industry qualifications (Cert CII). We ar einterested in candidates, who have ambition, drive and leadership qualities, and who wishto porgress towards management.
Ideal Candidates:
- Minimum 12 months Commercial Insurance experience
- Resourceful, pro-active, self-motivated and target driven
- Enthusiastic, confident customer service focused
- Energetic with a positive attitude
- Excellent customer service communication skills
- Ability to build rapport very quickly and develop professional relationships
- Career motivated team player
You will be dealing with customers face to face and over the phone, helping solve problems, providing insurance quotations and selling quality products that best suit the customer needs. You must be professional, smart in appearance and able to deliver First Class customer service. We are also looking for a combination of ambition, determination and a strong work ethic. These qualities will help you to progress and carve a successful long-term career. Management within two years is a real possibility if you have what it takes.
