Key Responsibilities: As a Senior Town Planner, you will be responsible for:
- Leading complex planning projects from inception to completion.
- Engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns.
- Conducting thorough research and analysis to inform planning decisions.
- Preparing and submitting planning applications, appeals, and reports.
- Managing a team of planners and coordinating project timelines.
- Staying up-to-date with London's evolving planning regulations and policies.
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Urban Planning or a related field.
- A strong background and proven track record in Town Planning
- Full membership with the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
- Strong knowledge of London's planning regulations and policies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in planning software and GIS tools.
