Job Title: Senior Town Planner
Location: Buckinghamshire (Hybrid Working Available)
Salary: 拢35,000 - 拢48,000 (Depending on Experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Town Planner to join a respected private planning consultancy based in Buckinghamshire. This role is open to candidates from both the private and public sectors and offers a flexible working environment with real progression potential.

Key Responsibilities:
路Manage your own caseload of planning applications and projects
路Assist senior colleagues with larger, complex schemes
路Provide strategic planning advice to clients across a range of sectors
路Prepare planning applications, appeals, and associated documentation
路Attend site visits, meetings, and public consultations as required
路Build strong relationships with local authorities and stakeholders
Requirements:
路minimum 12-18 months of experience in town planning, either in consultancy or local authority
路Licentiate or Chartered Member of the RTPI (essential)
路Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits
路Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
路Analytical thinker with problem-solving abilities
路Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
