At Royal Mail, the festive season is our busiest time of the year, and it’s our seasonal workers who make delivering the magic of Christmas possible. As a Mail Sorter, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring every Christmas card and present safely reaches its destination.  

As a Seasonal Mail Sorter working at the heart of our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering Christmas to the nation. You’ll be: 

• Unloading mail and packages from our vans
• Moving mail and packages through our centres
• Helping sort mail and packages

The Ideal Candidate:

• Organised and Efficient: Enjoy working in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Flexibility and Ataptability: Ability to switch between tasks during a shift.
• Strenght and Stamina: Ability to push trolleys (up to 250kg) and lift/move mail bags (upto 11kg) with also being comfortable with extended periods of walking and standing.
