The Role:
- Manage projects from concept through to commissioning, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery aligned with high HSSEQ standards
- Produce and review detailed control system designs, I/O schedules, instrument indexes, and test plans
- Guide and mentor engineers, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and lead design reviews
- Act as a key point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring expectations are managed and met
- Prepare tenders, review bids, track spend, and approve project-related payments
- Supervise construction phases and commissioning activities, driving safety and quality at every step
The Person:
- Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or Controls Engineering
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience with:
- Control system design, testing, and commissioning
- Developing I/O schedules and instrument indexes
- Multidisciplinary project environments and client engagement
- Tendering, technical reporting, and budget management
