We are pleased to be supporting an employer within the Healthcare industry with the recruitment of a Nightshift Operations Administrator on a permanent basis.The purpose of the role is to provide a telephone answering service to update information to the management information system, and to liaise with clients and external departments.The hours of work are 8pm to 8am on a rotating shift pattern. 4 days on, 4 days off in their Hemel Hempstead office.
Daily duties will include:Answering a high volume of incoming calls whilst accurately updating details on the inhouse system, and undertaking the screening and filtering of incoming calls.You will monitor incoming scans and reports, updating and allocating to Radiologists and Clinicians.You will also actively deal with queries directly from Radiologists, Radiographers and Referring Clinicians, whilst formatting and sending patient’s reports produced by Radiologists to clients using the correct trust templates and within the agreed timescale.
