Counterbalance Driver - with experience
Pay: night - 14.40 per hour
mids - 13.57 per hour
Weekend bonus: 58.94/day
Freezer bonus: 11.79/day
Hot meal: 3.50 voucher/day
Working hours:
- 22:00-06:00 - Monday to Friday or
- 14:00 - 22:00 - Tuesday to Saturday
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Counterbalance Driver to join one of our longstanding clients in Hemel Hempstead.
The Role:
- Operate counterbalance forklifts
- Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues or malfunctions
- Keep work area tidy
- Ability to work in all areas (Dry/Ambient, Chilled and Frozen) and jump from task to task at request
- Good communication skills
- General warehouse duties
Requirements:
- Must have a Valid Counterbalance Certificate(out of house)
- Proven experience operating counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse or production setting
- Strong knowledge of forklift safety procedures and protocols
- Ability to operate counterbalance forklifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
