Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

  • Manage payroll calendars in alignment with local compensation structures and regulatory requirements.

  • Respond promptly to employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with international tax laws, labor regulations, and reporting obligations.

  • Track and verify vacation, sick leave, and personal leave balances.

  • Administer local benefits programs such as healthcare, life insurance, pension plans, and other employee perks, ensuring legal and policy compliance.

  • Collaborate with global benefits providers for effective program delivery.

  • Conduct routine audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity across platforms.

  • Stay current with global payroll and benefits legislation to ensure full compliance in all jurisdictions.

  • Prepare and file required reports with government agencies and internal stakeholders.

  • Assist with internal and external audits pertaining to payroll and benefits.
