Responsibilities-
Oversee end-to-end global payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

Manage payroll calendars in alignment with local compensation structures and regulatory requirements.

Respond promptly to employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.

Ensure compliance with international tax laws, labor regulations, and reporting obligations.

Track and verify vacation, sick leave, and personal leave balances.

Administer local benefits programs such as healthcare, life insurance, pension plans, and other employee perks, ensuring legal and policy compliance.

Collaborate with global benefits providers for effective program delivery.

Conduct routine audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity across platforms.

Stay current with global payroll and benefits legislation to ensure full compliance in all jurisdictions.

Prepare and file required reports with government agencies and internal stakeholders.

Assist with internal and external audits pertaining to payroll and benefits.
