Payroll Administrator - High-Volume Payroll | Collaborative & Growing Team

Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator looking to be part of a high-performing, supportive team? We're recruiting for a motivated payroll professional to join a thriving business and play a key role in delivering accurate, high-volume payroll services.

What you'll be doing:

  • Processing end-to-end weekly and/or monthly payrolls for a high volume of employees
  • Ensuring full compliance with HMRC legislation, RTI, pension auto-enrolment and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.)
  • Handling payroll queries with a proactive, customer-focused approach
  • Supporting payroll reporting, reconciliations and audit requirements
  • Working collaboratively within a knowledgeable, friendly and fast-paced payroll team

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in high-volume payroll processing (bureau, in-house or multi-site)
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent numerical accuracy
  • Confident communicator - able to liaise with employees and stakeholders at all levels
  • A team player with a positive, solutions-driven mindset
  • Experience with payroll software and strong Excel skills
