Job Description:

 

v  Delivering engaging, differentiated lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 to cover teachers’ PPA time

v  Ensuring continuity of learning and maintaining high expectations for all pupils

v  Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that promotes progress and independence

v  Working closely with class teachers and support staff to ensure seamless transitions and consistency in pedagogy

v  Contributing to the wider life of the school, including assemblies, clubs, and enrichment activities

The Ideal Candidate Will:

 

v  Have experience across the primary age range (Desirable but not essential)

v  Be a resilient and reflective practitioner with strong behaviour management and adaptive teaching skills

v  Demonstrate a commitment to inclusive education and raising attainment for all learners

v  Be confident in delivering lessons across a broad curriculum, including core and foundation subjects

v  Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach

v  Hold or be willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check
