Actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a trusted, well respected Principal contractor who deliver complex and critical Infrastructure projects across the UK. As a leading building, infrastructure, engineering and fit out contractor, this client operates across key sectors including MOD, Custodial, Education, Health Care and Commercial sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join the existing, dynamic team for a refurbishment MOJ project.

Key Responsibilities of the role

  • You will be the acting number one on site reporting into a visiting Project Director. You will therefore be required to lead the team on site, including site manager, H&S, Design and subcontractors.
  • Ensure the project is running to time and within budget
  • Ensure compliance with all security, health & safety, and regulatory standards specific to secure environments.
  • Be the point of contact for client.
  • Drive efficiency and continuous improvement throughout the duration of the project.

Requirements for the role

  • The ideal candidate will have security clearance and previous experience of working on a MOJ Scheme.
  • Experience as a number one on site leading a project up to 20million from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of secure environment protocols and security compliance
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS
  • First Aid Certifications
