Senior Lettings Negotiator Role and Responsibilities:

  • Register new applicants and match them to suitable properties

  • Carry out property viewings and provide feedback to landlords

  • Negotiate tenancy terms and offers between landlords and tenants

  • Support the progression of tenancies from offer through to move-in

  • Generate new business and bring on new instructions

  • Assist in maintaining and building relationships with landlords and applicants

  • Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met throughout the lettings process

Senior Lettings Negotiator Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in a lettings or property management role

  • Experience within a lettings agency environment is highly desirable

  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills

  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities

  • Proactive and driven with a passion for delivering excellent service

  • Comfortable with the fast-paced nature of the lettings industry

  • Full UK driving licence required
