Role Overview:We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Support Receptionist to join our team on a zero-hours basis. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering excellent service and ensuring all reception duties are handled efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:

Meet and greet all visitors and guests with a professional and friendly manner

Maintain access control and accurate access/egress records

Keep logbooks and registers up to date

Notify relevant personnel of visitor arrivals

Monitor and record appointment arrivals and departures

Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately

Handle visitor queries and requests

Receive and distribute mail and packages

Send emails and general correspondence to clients

Monitor and report on meter readings
