Role Overview:We are seeking a reliable, professional, and customer-focused Support Receptionist to join our team on a zero-hours basis. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering excellent service and ensuring all reception duties are handled efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet all visitors and guests with a professional and friendly manner

  • Maintain access control and accurate access/egress records

  • Keep logbooks and registers up to date

  • Notify relevant personnel of visitor arrivals

  • Monitor and record appointment arrivals and departures

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately

  • Handle visitor queries and requests

  • Receive and distribute mail and packages

  • Send emails and general correspondence to clients

  • Monitor and report on meter readings
