Tradewind is seeking Maths graduates to support a popular and well run Academy from September 2025. This is a paid, ongoing post providing excellent introduction to the world of education and CV enhancing experience. It is also expected to become a permanent assignment for December 2025 and has various routes into teacher training.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Maths team, leading groups, co-teaching, providing TA support in class, and one-to-one sessions
  • Assisting the school as required
  • Roles starting after the February half-term for the rest of the academic year

Requirements:

  • A Maths degree with a minimum 2:2 or above
  • Strong academic background, confident personality, and hard-working ethos
  • Passion for education and a desire to work in a class-based role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will receive:
