Salary: £34,398 – £52,490 (dependent on experience)

The Role at a Glance
You’ll be delivering engaging and well-structured lessons to students across KS3 and KS4, with the possibility of teaching at KS5 depending on your experience and expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Planning and teaching high-quality Maths lessons tailored to a range of abilities
• Tracking and assessing student progress, providing meaningful feedback
• Creating an inclusive and stimulating learning environment
• Encouraging a growth mindset and independent learning
• Collaborating with colleagues to continually refine best practice
• Supporting students to reach and exceed their academic goals
Who We’re Looking For
• QTS or equivalent (strong subject specialists without QTS are also welcome)
• Experience teaching Maths at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)
• Genuine enthusiasm for Mathematics and education
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A collaborative, proactive team player
