Unify are delighted to be recruiting for a Service Depot Manager to be based from Hemel Hempstead. You will be joining a leading provider of Plant Hire, Transport and Haulage service throughout the UK who are currently undergoing remarkable growth.

Responsibilities:
- Take charge of Health & Safety compliance, identifying and implementing improvements.
- Oversee servicing and repairs of plant hire equipment, ensuring fleet availability.
- Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of workshop fitters.
- Manage the weekly purchase order report, monitoring depot spending and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, transparency, and high performance.
- Set an example by upholding company values and encouraging others to do the same.
- Conduct Toolbox Talks and identify areas for staff training and development.
- Process timesheets and provide support to the wider admin team.
- Ensure all training is scheduled, completed, and accurately recorded.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs to foster productive partnerships.
The following is required:
- NVQ Level 3 Plant qualified
- Experience within a management position
- Knowledge of Excel
