Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Field Care Supervisor to join our team in Hemel Hempstead. The successful candidate will play a critical role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services within a branch that delivers over 2000 care hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support a team of care staff to ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor service delivery and address any issues or concerns.
- Assist in the training and development of care staff, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients and their families to assess care needs and ensure satisfaction with services provided.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to care delivery and staff performance.
- Participate in on-call duties as required to provide support during non-office hours.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the domiciliary care sector.
- Proven supervisory experience in a care setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be a car driver with a valid driving license.
