The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold QTS or an equivalent UK teaching qualification (ECTs are welcome to apply)
  • Have experience teaching Health and Social Care at secondary or post-16 level
  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for preparing students for real-world careers in care and support services
  • Be able to deliver lessons that promote critical thinking, compassion, and cultural awareness
  • Show excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills
