They have very high expectations on their pupils and understand SEN diagnosis's are to be worked with and encourage children to approach any barriers to learning openly and positively. The SEN team here aim to encourage children to develop the skills they need for later life with a very strong focus on the basic skills of English and Maths.
About you - Teaching Assistant - Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire
- Experience with working in a UK primary/secondary/SEN school
- SEN experience is essential
- Ability to inspire and support children aged 7-11
- Commitment to work with the school for at least this academic year as consistency is key for these pupils.
- Available Monday to Friday
