SENCO - The RoleThis school is looking for an experienced and committed SENCO to lead and manage the day-to-day implementation of the school’s SEND policy. The role is non-class based and will involve coordinating high-quality provision for pupils with SEN or disabilities, guiding staff, and working in partnership with parents and external agencies. As a SENCO, you will also contribute to whole-school development and play a key role in fostering a supportive learning environment. This is a full-time, long-term to permanent position starting ASAP.
