Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Sewing Machinist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating industrial sewing machines and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for sewing, assembling, and finishing garments according to specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate industrial sewing machines to sew, assemble, and finish garments.
- Follow patterns and instructions to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sewing Machinist or similar role.
- Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines.
- Ability to read and interpret patterns and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts if needed.
