• Focus on achieving key performance indicators, including OTIF (on-time in full), arrears reduction, and inventory management.

• Leverage your expertise in ERP systems to streamline planning and resolve tactical performance issues.

• Foster collaboration and teamwork to address challenges and enhance operational performance.

• Proven experience in production and material planning, with a strong understanding of planning fundamentals.

• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and galvanise a team to achieve ambitious goals.

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (IFS experience is a bonus but not essential).

• A results-driven mindset, with a track record of delivering measurable improvements in operational performance.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
