What You Will Do:

 

- Independently source, negotiate, and procure materials, components, and services to meet the company's operational needs.

 

- Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

 

- Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost, and delivery performance, ensuring alignment with company policies and ethical standards.

 

- Conduct cost analysis, track Purchase Price Variance (PPV), and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiency.

 

- Maintain accurate procurement data within ERP/MRP systems and generate reports to support strategic decision-making.

 

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement activities with business objectives and support new product development initiatives.

 

What You Will Bring:

 

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a procurement or buying role, ideally within a manufacturing or production environment.

 

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favourable terms and conditions.
