Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm during training then flexibility to be discussed

Location: Henfield

Salary: Up to 50k DOE

What You'll Do:
As their Payroll Manager, you will be at the forefront of their payroll operations, ensuring smooth and accurate processing of employee salaries. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end payroll process for our diverse workforce
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies
  • Preparing and submitting monthly payroll reports
  • Collaborating with HR to handle payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
  • Supporting audits and preparing necessary documentation
  • Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
