Responsibilities as a Chef De Partie
- Owning your section and delivering consistent, high-quality dishes
- Prepping fresh ingredients and maintaining excellent mise en place
- Working cleanly and safely, upholding food hygiene standards
- Supporting service across multiple sections when needed
- Contributing ideas for specials and new dishes

- Experience in a fresh food kitchen at Chef De Partie level, or a strong Commis ready to step up
