As the Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring all food is prepared, produced, presented, and served at the correct service times to a high standard and correct quantities
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the running of daily operations
  • Maintaining a consistent high standard of fresh food
  • Assisting in the day to day running of the kitchen
  • Ensuring food is prepared to the correct recipe standard
  • Ensuring health and safety, hygiene and food safety regulations are followed in the kitchen

The successful Chef de Partie will have the following related skills / experience:

  • Previous experience working as a Chef De Partie in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Great eye for detail.
  • Food safety level 2 and food allergen certificate.
  • Great organisational skills.
