Warehouse Manager / Storesperson - Engineering Parts & Stock ControlStoke Row (Henley-on-Thames / Reading)£25,000 - £30,000 + 25 days holiday + Bank holiday's + benefitsPermanent | Full-Time | Standalone RoleAre you an experienced Storesperson or Warehouse professional with strong IT skills and a background in parts, stock, and stores management?We're recruiting for a Warehouseman / Storesperson to join an established engineering business based in Stoke Row, near Henley-on-Thames. This is a hands-on, standalone role where you'll take full responsibility for the control, movement, and recording of all engineering stock and parts, ensuring the stores run efficiently and accurately at all times, ordering parts and ensuring the CRM is managed and kept uptodate.On Offer

  • £25,000 - £30,000 salary (DOE)
  • Permanent, full-time role with a secure, growing employer
  • Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week
  • A varied position where you'll be the key point of contact for all stores operations
  • Opportunity to develop processes and take ownership of stock control systems

The Role

  • Control, record, and issue stock and parts for engineering operations
  • Use CRM/ERP systems to maintain accurate stock levels, locations, and usage records
  • Liaise with engineering teams to fulfil parts requirements on time
  • Manage goods in/out, including booking deliveries, checking paperwork, and updating systems
  • Operate a forklift truck (FLT) for movement of parts (FLT licence preferred)
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised stores area

The Person

  • Experienced in stores, warehouse, or stock control roles (engineering background beneficial)
  • Confident IT user with CRM or ERP system experience
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Forklift licence desirable (or willingness to train)
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of the stores function
