Job Title: Highways Site Supervisor - London
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + Company Car + Benefits

Are you an experienced Highways Site Supervisor looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Our client is a market leading highways maintenance contractor, and on their behalf we are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their team within London.
With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality works and maintaining long-standing relationships with high-profile clients, this contractor has a robust pipeline of upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities:
·Supervise and coordinate site activities for highways maintenance and improvement projects.
·Ensure works are carried out safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
·Manage site teams and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
·Act as the main point of contact on-site, liaising with clients, engineers, and the wider project team.
·Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and report any issues or delays.
Requirements:
·Previous experience supervising highways or civil engineering works.
·Strong leadership and organisational skills.
·Good understanding of highways maintenance standards and safety practices.
·SMSTS or SSSTS and relevant tickets (e.g., NRSWA, CSCS).
·Full UK driving licence.
