A great opportunity for a Quality Engineer to join a growing manufacturing business in Hereford.

As the new Quality Engineer, youll support the Quality Manager across key quality assurance activities including:
Performing initial inspection reports and dimensional checks using verniers, callipers, micrometres, and other hand tools.
Coordinating and investigating customer returns and supplier quality issues.
Assisting with Root Cause Analysis, 8D reporting, and implementing corrective actions.
Supporting continuous improvement and compliance with internal and external standards.
Previous experience in a Quality Engineer or Quality Inspector role within manufacturing or engineering.
Strong knowledge of manual measurement tools (verniers, callipers, micrometres).
Familiarity with 8D, root cause analysis, and quality systems.
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
Competitive salary: £25,000 £30,000 depending on experience.
Annual performance bonus.
