Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate invoices for clients in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate credit control records and follow up with clients as needed.
- Keep and update cashbooks and perform bank reconciliations as per relevant procedures.
- Assist with Purchase and Sales Ledger entries for both internal purposes and external clients.
- Monitor and update calendars based on upcoming tasks, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Adhere to compliance requirements.
- Work accurately to meet strict targets and deadlines.
- Keep inboxes across the group up to date, completing daily reconciliations.
