Our client, a steel work specialist company based in Hereford, is seeking Production Operatives for long-term roles with potential permanent positions after a successful 12-week trial period.
The job involves operating overhead cranes, inspecting materials, unloading materials onto jigs, and checking incoming deliveries.
Production Operatives will work rotating shifts from Monday to Friday or a static night shift from Sunday to Thursday, with pay rates starting at £13.85 per hour for rotating shifts and £16.82 per hour for night shifts.
Employees can earn additional pay for overtime, with rates reaching up to £26.66 for Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Shifts for Production Operatives are:

Sunday to Thursday 2200-0600NIGHT SHIFT Static shift
Monday to Friday0600-1400 and 1400-2200Rotating shift

Pay Rates for rotating shift Production Operatives are:

£13.85per hourfor rotating shifts
£16.34 after 40 hours
£19.85 Saturdays
£25.55 Sundays and Bank Holidays

£16.82per hour for night shift
£18.50 after 40 hours
£23.58 Saturdays
£26.66 Sundays and Bank Holidays
