With a reputation for innovation and responsible customer engagement, they are now seeking a Contact Centre Manager to lead and inspire a team of 25 (rising to 50 during peak periods) within the Contact Centre department.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with KPIs, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
  • Acting as a role model for care, teamwork, and responsibility across the business.
