With a reputation for innovation and responsible customer engagement, they are now seeking a Contact Centre Manager to lead and inspire a team of 25 (rising to 50 during peak periods) within the Contact Centre department.
The Role
This isn’t just about managing numbers it’s about people. As Contact Centre Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the team: coaching, supporting, motivating, and celebrating success. Your role will be to create a positive, high-performing culture where colleagues feel valued, engaged, and supported to deliver outstanding service every day.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being visible, approachable, and actively supporting your team on the floor.
- Leading, motivating, and developing a high-performing team.
- Using data and insights to identify trends and continuously improve service.
- Collaborating across departments to deliver seamless customer and retail care.
- Ensuring compliance with KPIs, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
- Acting as a role model for care, teamwork, and responsibility across the business.
