Sales Manager

Field Based – Hereford (2 days per week in the office)

Up to £40,000 + travel allowance + GREAT commission scheme 

Do you want to work for a rapidly scaling challenger in the premium drinks space? My client is looking for a commercially-minded Sales Manager to own and grow their on-trade footprint across the UK! 

Having quadrupled revenue month-on-month since launch, this brand is entering it's next growth phase and on-trade is front and centre. This is a high-impact role for someone who can sell and scale 

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the brand’s presence in bars, pubs, restaurants, and hotels
  • Win new customers and keep them ordering regularly
  • Build relationships with distributors and manage key partnerships
  • Develop pricing strategies and commercial terms
  • Set up tools and systems to track and manage sales
  • Improve how the team works with operations, logistics, and marketing
  • Represent the brand at tastings, events, and trade shows
  • Work closely with the founders on big-picture plans and strategy

About You:

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or commercial roles (ideally in drinks or FMCG)
  • A good understanding of the UK on-trade market and how to succeed in it
  • A track record of winning new business and building long-term relationships
  • Someone who enjoys both selling and improving how things are done
  • Comfortable using data and tools to track progress
  • Independent and proactive
  • Someone who thrives in fast-paced, growing environments
