Technical Sales Manager (Renewables/HVAC)

Hereford - Hybrid/Remote

45,000-55,000 (OTE 70,000+) + Company Car + Specialist Training + Hybrid/Remote + Company Benefits

Are you a Technical Sales Engineer or similar with a background Renewables, HVAC or Biomass and looking for a role where you will have complete autonomy to drive the role forward the way you see best fit, help shape the overall business strategy, and also play a crucial part in the growth of this companies UK division?

Do you want the benefit of working in a smaller company where you can have a greater impact, while also having the long term security of being part of a wider group that already have a well established name and streamlined process in place?

On offer is the opportunity to join a UK subsidiary of one of Europe's leading manufactures of biomass heating systems. You will spend your first week in Austria receiving specialist training and the benefit from the Marketing strategy in place in Austria to add to your own Sales strategy.

In this role you will combine technical expertise with commercial expertise to identify new business opportunities, manage key accounts and provide tailored energy solutions to clients. You will manage your own diary to vary your work from home working, visiting clients across the UK, and being in the office weekly/fortnightly.

This role would suit a Technical Sales Engineer with a background Renewables, HVAC or Biomass looking for an autonomous role with a lot of home working, where you will be able to really contribute to the continued growth of the company.

The Role

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to expand market presence in the biomass and renewable energy sectors.
  • Generate new business leads through networking, industry events, and proactive client engagement.
  • Mix of UK wide travel, Home working, and weekly/fortnightly office visits

The Person

  • Proven experience in technical sales within the biomass, renewable energy, or HVAC industry.
  • Looking for autonomy and a role where you can actually make a difference
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
