Sonic Summary

Two Building Surveyors are needed for a temporary contract in Worcestershire, paying between £35.00 to £40.00 Umbrella per hour.
The contract duration is expected to be between 3 to 6 months.
Candidates should have a background in social housing, preferably from a Local Authority or Housing Association.
An understanding of building construction and some knowledge of Fire Compliance is required for this role.
Please note that the position is not hybrid; the client requires on-site and office work.

Building Surveyor x (2)

Rate: 35.00 to 40 Umbrella per hour
Location: Worcestershire
Type: Temporary 3 - 6 months contract.

Overview of the role :

Two surveyors required and will need an understanding of building construction and some Fire Compliance knowledge. They will be assisting with the FRA actions, HHSRS, Decent Homes and Disrepair Reports and works delivery.

They will also be assisting where needed on the remaining Capital programme projects.

The candidate :

Experienced Building Surveyor with Social housing background gained in either a Local Authority or Housing Association
Understanding of building construction and some Fire Compliance knowledge
Please note this role is not hybrid , client is looking for someone to work site and office.
