Building Surveyor x (2)

Rate: 35.00 to 40 Umbrella per hour
Location: Worcestershire
Type: Temporary 3 - 6 months contract.

Overview of the role :

Two surveyors required and will need an understanding of building construction and some Fire Compliance knowledge. They will be assisting with the FRA actions, HHSRS, Decent Homes and Disrepair Reports and works delivery.

They will also be assisting where needed on the remaining Capital programme projects.

The candidate :

  • Experienced Building Surveyor with Social housing background gained in either a Local Authority or Housing Association
  • Understanding of building construction and some Fire Compliance knowledge
  • Please note this role is not hybrid , client is looking for someone to work site and office.
