- Salary: Up to £27,000 (DOE)
- Hours: Full-Time (40hrs)
- Location: On-site - Hereford
- Plan and schedule engineers’ work
- Raise service orders, order parts, and manage equipment logistics
- Manage maintenance, repairs, and projects
- Act as the first point of contact for engineers and customers
- Assist with purchase orders and month-end invoicing
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Moby or Dynamics
- A basic understanding of HVAC or combustion systems
- Customer service or supply chain experience
