Our client, a well-established and respected business in Hereford, is seeking an organised and proactive Service Administrator to join their team.This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy engineering team, playing a key role in scheduling and coordinating planned maintenance, reactive works, and projects. You'll be the crucial link between engineers, customers, and suppliers – ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.The Role:
  • Plan and schedule engineers’ work
  • Raise service orders, order parts, and manage equipment logistics
  • Manage maintenance, repairs, and projects
  • Act as the first point of contact for engineers and customers
  • Assist with purchase orders and month-end invoicing
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comfortable working under pressure and to deadlines
Desirable experience includes:
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Moby or Dynamics
  • A basic understanding of HVAC or combustion systems
  • Customer service or supply chain experience
