Our client is a global leader in HVAC manufacturing, operating in 65 countries with UK offices based in Herefordshire and Colchester. They are currently seeking a skilled 2nd Line IT Support Technician to join their team at the Herefordshire head office.

The successful candidate will provide technical support and help maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth IT operations across the UK and Ireland. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, managing networks, and performing system administration. The role is part of a wider international IT team, with colleagues based in the UK, Norway, and Sweden.

This role is a full-time office-based position in Herefordshire. There is an option for hybrid working on a 3-2 split.

2nd Line IT Support Job Overview

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in international teams.
  • Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and a proactive mindset to improve IT service delivery.
  • Experience with network configuration, application deployment, and IT infrastructure monitoring is a plus.
