Paralegal – Corporate (Hereford)

TSR Legal Recruitment is delighted to be working with a leading law firm who are seeking a diligent individual to join their high-performing Corporate team.

This role will be based in the firm’s Hereford office. The Corporate team advises a wide range of clients, from private companies to private equity houses and management teams, on the full spectrum of corporate matters.

Role Responsibilities

As a Paralegal within the Corporate team, you will undertake a variety of legal and administrative tasks, including:

  • Conducting legal research using appropriate methods and sources, and presenting results accurately and promptly.
  • Drafting legal documents using relevant precedents and templates.
  • Ensuring all work complies with risk management policies, procedures, and GDPR.
  • Providing legal and administrative support to the team as required.
  • Managing diaries to ensure all deadlines are met.
  • Undertaking routine file management under supervision.
  • Taking an active role in the Paralegal and Trainee group, including attending networking events and careers fairs.
  • Assisting in promoting the firm and department via social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Facebook.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

  • A legal qualification (preferably post-LPC or working towards it).
  • Previous experience in a legal environment (desirable).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive, self-starting approach and willingness to learn.
  • A client-focused mindset.
  • Strong IT skills with accurate typing ability.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
