What You Will Do

  • Coach, mentor, and support engineers and operational technicians, acting as a subject matter expert on plant equipment and technologies.

What You Will Bring

  • Time served Multi-skilled Apprenticeship in an engineering discipline.
  • Level 3 technical certificate & NVQ Level 3 in an Engineering discipline, HNC preferred.
  • Exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and dynamic approach to safety.
  • Strong technical leadership skills and ability to work under pressure with high attention to detail.
