Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Band 7 Occupational Therapist to work within community settings and acute stroke inpatient care. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in assessing and supporting patients through their stroke recovery journey, providing high-quality therapeutic interventions to maximize independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver therapy to stroke patients in both community and inpatient settings

Provide expert rehabilitation and support for stroke recovery

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored care plans

Manage complex caseloads independently and assist with discharge planning
Key Requirements:

Minimum 6 months NHS experience

Experience in stroke rehabilitation and community-based care

Ability to manage complex and varied caseloads

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
