In this role you will be handling quality issues and dealing with customers, liaising with internal departments, and overseeing a small team of 4 Quality Controllers. Given ongoing support and guidance from Directors, this role will evolve into a Quality Manager position within 2 years.

This high-octane role will suit a Quality Engineer who has experience handling various products and quality issues looking to progress their career for a company they can continue developing in.

The Role:

  • Managing quality issues within manufacturing, specifically plastic products
  • Conducting internal audits and using Lean Six Sigma
  • Overseeing a team of 4 Quality Controllers
  • Continuous development and coaching to move into a Quality Manager position
  • Liaising with customers to solve quality issues
  • Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, flexi-time
