Location: Hereford
Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 DOE + Performance Bonus + Benefits
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm + occasional Saturdays (9:30am–12:30pm)

An established and expanding company in the natural stone and engineered oak industry is looking for a Sales Representative to join their friendly and ambitious team based just 3 miles from Hereford city centre.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Build strong client relationships: Engage with customers in the showroom and over the phone, understanding their needs and guiding them through their projects.
  • Be the expert: Develop deep product knowledge to confidently educate and inspire customers about the stunning stone and oak ranges.
  • Drive sales growth: Identify new opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate and contribute: Work closely with a supportive, close-knit team who share insights, celebrate success, and work towards common goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • A passion for sales and achieving results
  • Excellent communication skills, with a personable and professional approach
  • A customer-first mindset, able to build trust and lasting relationships
  • Motivated and organised, with the ability to manage your workload effectively
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Experience within stone, flooring, construction, or home improvement sales is desirable but not essential – full product training is provided
