Clinical Lead / Development Manager – Nursing Home

Full-Time | 1 Weekend in Every 3

£23.00 per hour

Are you a clinically strong and experienced nurse with a passion for delivering high-quality care? I am seeking a committed and skilled Clinical Lead / Development Manager to join a leadership team at a well-established nursing home near Herne Bay, Kent.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents, many of whom are living with dementia, while supporting the continuous development of care standards within the home.

About the Role:

In this full-time leadership position, you will play a key role in overseeing the clinical care within the home and driving service improvement. Working closely with the Home Manager, you’ll provide clinical leadership to the care team, ensure regulatory compliance, and help foster a positive, person-centred environment.

What We’re Looking For:

NMC Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) – active PIN

Solid nursing home experience

Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills

Good understanding of dementia care

Excellent knowledge of CQC standards and compliance

Proven leadership and team management skills

Clear and effective communication abilities

Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience using PCC (Person Centred Software)

Familiarity with Camascope eMAR systems
