We are currently recruiting for a highly proficient Administrator to work a professional business on a temporary basis in Hertford town centre.

30 hours a week - your exact hours are flexible but ideally over 4 to 5 days a week and must include working Fridays.

This job will be office based.

This role will be to start at the beginning of June on an ongoing basis, we estimate for a minimum of 3 months, likely longer.

If you have Digital Marketing and Event experience and have worked in the Pharma industry too this would be of additional interest as we can utilise your skills - and pay a little more!

Working as part of a busy team you will principally supporting the Business Operations Director and Managing Director with a variety of administration and organisation.

Duties will include:

  • Managing diaries and travel arrangements
  • Scheduling meetings
  • Managing the CEO's inbox (apx 200 emails a day)
  • Inputting invoices onto Xero
  • Helping with the organisation of events and seminars.
  • There will could be further marketing lead duties if the successful individual has relevant marketing experience.

As our ideal candidate for this role, we are looking for:

  • Excellent attention to details and be extremely well organised.
  • Good level of administration experience with an eye for detail.
  • High level of communication skills both written and oral.
  • Good work ethics and high standards.
  • Live conveniently to Hertford and be happy to be office based.
  • High level of IT proficiency on Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and Outlook and One Drive.
  • Marketing experience would be useful but not essential.
