We have one full-time and one part-time opportunity available.In this role, you’ll make sure our estates remain clean, safe, and welcoming by delivering a first-class caretaking and cleaning service across communal and external areas. You’ll handle a wide range of daily tasks, from sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping to graffiti removal, bulk waste clearance, and litter picking, ensuring every space feels cared for and well-maintained.You’ll be a visible and approachable presence on our estates, acting as the first point of contact for residents and responding quickly to requests or concerns with professionalism and empathy.
