The Role
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be at the forefront of sales efforts, connecting with their clients’ potential customers and introducing them to event related products and services. Your role will focus on outbound telemarketing calling data, (sourced on your behalf) and generating video call appointments for their client’s sales team to close deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive outbound telemarketing calls to generate leads and appointments
- Engage potential customers with professionalism and energy to generate interest in our offerings
- You will use our purpose-built telemarketing CRM tool which helps you to track progress easily
- You will need to be flexible enough to move from project to project for our event clients, but these will all be similar in nature

What They’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or outbound sales. Or a role that has involved outbound B2B customer service, but you have ambition to move into sales
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage decision-makers
- Driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
- Organised and detail-focused when managing customer data and CRM records
- Able to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
